5Payments and Refunds
Payments for services are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (e.g., Paystack).
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for successfully completed print jobs or services that have been fully rendered. However, if there is an error in processing your order or a technical failure on our part, please contact us to request a review. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
6Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload to UploadDoc. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to access, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UploadDoc Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
