We collect your name and email address when you create an account.
Documents & Files
Documents you upload are stored temporarily and are deleted when you delete them. We do not create secret backups of your files.
Usage Data
We collect basic usage data to improve our services using Google Analytics.
2How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively for:
- •Processing document submissions between you and your chosen vendor
- •Facilitating communication regarding your print orders
- •Sending notifications about your document status

3Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide our platform:
Paystack
Payment processing. We do not store your payment information.
ImageKit
Document storage. Files are permanently deleted when you delete them.
Google Analytics
Usage analytics to help us improve the platform.
4Google Drive Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Drive account:
- •We only access documents that are uploaded to your assigned vendor
- •Data synced to Google Drive is not permanently stored on our servers
- •You can disconnect your Google Drive at any time from your profile
- •When you delete documents, they are removed from our system
5Data Retention
Pending Documents
Automatically deleted after 48 hours
Accepted Documents
Automatically deleted after 7 days
You can also manually delete your documents at any time, and they will be immediately removed from our storage.
6Data Security
Your documents are accessible only to you and your assigned vendor. Administrators can only view documents for orders assigned to them while those documents are still in the system.
7Your Rights
You have the right to:
- •Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- •Delete your documents at any time
- •Disconnect third-party integrations (like Google Drive)
